About Kathy Jo and Scott Read

Kathy "Jo's" first career path was as a waitress which supported her and her young family in Fremont, California. In 1981 she married Scott Read and decided to try something new, so she took up furniture sales and interior decorating. Kathy "Jo" soon found that she had a talent for this business and became the number one salesperson in the company's fifty-store chain. Kathy "Jo" is a mother of three children, Michael, Korina, Kristy Jo and proud grandmother to her first grand daughter, Cheyanne Rose.

Korina's position is to coordinate and track client files, schedule showing, prepare market comparables, monitor each listing, and tract contracts until they close. She also tracks feedback from other Realtors and handles computer updates. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, Korina works with buyers and is a valuable addition to the family team.

After 31 yeas of sales experience, Scott brings marketing, promotional and advertising guidance to Kathy "Jo's" team. Scott is responsible for the marketing on all listings, computer training, advertising, internet development, and new construction projects.
